The Reading Nook

Every conversation, experience, thought or article we come across in life is measured against all those which have gone before it. Some may change how you feel about previous mindsets, all will change everything you encounter from that moment on.

I’ve started reading an increasing number of books relating to health, including autobiographies by endurance athletes (pro and very decidedly not!), and texts by dieticians and science writers. I wanted to start sharing my thoughts on my reading, maybe you’ll find something useful. It’s also possible you’ll end up finishing the review knowing more about my impressions and thoughts than necessarily about the book itself!
